How to ensure the security of payment funds?

For car sales, we usually only need a part of the deposit to arrange the purchase of the vehicle. After the customer receives the unique VIN code of the ordered vehicle and the vehicle video, the customer will pay the full amount. At the same time, for corporate customers with long-term cooperation, we also provide optional payment methods such as L/C.
 
For the procurement of spare parts, we usually also only need a part of the deposit to arrange the procurement and packaging services of the parts. After the customer receives the photos of the parts at our warehouse site, the COMMERCIAL INVOICE and the Packing List, the customer will pay the full amount. At the same time, for corporate customers with long-term cooperation, we also provide optional payment methods such as L/C.

What are the available delivery methods and payment methods?

How can we guarantee the after-sales service of the products?

For vehicles, we provide remote after-sales consulting services and the supply service of after-sales parts.

For spare parts, when the customer finds after-sales problems that occurred before delivery (such as quantity deviation, quality deviation) after receiving the goods, our company will directly provide after-sales services in various ways, such as reshipping the missing items, offering discounts on subsequent payments, etc.

What are the qualification requirements for the purchasing party? Is it necessary to be a corporate customer, or can individual customers also be accepted?

For vehicle procurement, our company accepts overseas corporate customers and individual customers. Both types of customers will have corresponding account managers to be responsible for the docking work;

For spare parts, our company currently only accepts purchase orders from corporate customers or after-sales purchase orders from customers of our company’s automotive business.
