Questions Along the Road
How is payment secured?
For car sales, we ask for a deposit to begin sourcing. Once the unique VIN and a detailed vehicle video are provided, the remaining balance is settled. Long-term corporate clients may also use L/C.
For spare parts, we request a deposit to start purchasing and packing. Balance is paid after warehouse photos, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List are shared. L/C is available for repeat corporate partners.
What delivery and payment options do you offer?
Delivery: FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP — depending on your needs.
Payment: T/T (deposit + balance), L/C, and other secure methods.
How do you handle after-sales service?
Vehicles: Remote consulting and supply of required spare parts.
Spare parts: If issues are found at delivery (such as quality or quantity discrepancies), we provide solutions — including reshipments or discounts on future orders.
Who can buy from Autossey?
Vehicles: We serve both overseas businesses and individual buyers, with dedicated account managers for support.
Spare parts: Currently open to corporate purchase orders and after-sales orders from our vehicle clients.
